We wouldn’t be who we are without our staff. We can invest in programs, facilities, and equipment, but it’s our teachers, assistants, and staff at Our Shepherd who make Our Shepherd a family that is marked by love and commitment to our mission and our students. Aside from the good news message of Jesus, there’s no other resource we value more highly than the people we get to work with at Our Shepherd. So we do our best to show our staff how much they mean to us through compensation, benefits, workplace environment, and support. Additionally, Our Shepherd offers tuition subsidies for staff pursuing degrees in early childhood education.
